Get found in every neighborhood you serve

Hundreds of SEO pages built from your service categories (home theater, distributed audio, surveillance, lighting, shading, networking) crossed with every neighborhood you cover. When a homeowner Googles "home theater installation [your city]," you show up. Not the integrator with worse work and a better website.

Capture every visitor, even at 2 a.m.

A chat concierge trained on your services and product lines sits on every page. Knows the difference between Lutron and Control4. Qualifies by room count, budget, and timeline. Books a consult straight into your calendar. You wake up to booked calls, not missed inquiries.

Every lead hits your phone in under 10 seconds

Form submissions and chat leads route to a single command center. Instant SMS and email to you. Response time drops from "sometime today" to seconds. The integrator who responds first gets the job. That's you now.

Turn every install into a five-star Google review

Post-install SMS sends happy clients a one-tap link to your Google profile. Integrators with a decade of flawless work and zero reviews? We see it constantly. This fixes that, and every new review compounds your ranking.

See if your market is available

We take one integrator per metro area. If your market is open, we'll walk through what the system looks like for your business.

Your site today

Your website is a brochure. It should be a revenue engine.

Most AV company sites end at the contact form. The work that actually makes your phone ring (ranking for "home theater installation [your city]," capturing visitors at 2 a.m., routing leads to your phone in seconds, building the Google review profile that compounds month after month) never gets built. So the integrator down the road with worse installs keeps getting the call.

The problem

You do incredible work. Your online presence doesn't show it.

The infrastructure that lets a national integrator dominate local search is not complicated. It just never gets built for the owner-operator doing $1M to $10M. You have a decade of flawless installs, a portfolio of Lutron and Crestron work that speaks for itself, and a Wix site from 2019 that doesn't rank for a single neighborhood you serve.

We productized the whole stack. Modern site, programmatic local SEO, chat concierge, lead routing, review pipeline. Tuned to how an AV integration company actually runs. Three weeks to live. Twelve-month recoup guarantee. It either pays you back or we keep working until it does.

Built for

Our client

Premium audio-video integration · Los Angeles, CA · 10 years in business

A decade-old AV integration company with a Wix site that looked fine but wasn't being found. Zero Google reviews after ten years of flawless residential and commercial installs. Leads tracked manually through Gmail and Yelp. The owner spent hours every week chasing proposals that never closed.

The result

Within the first 18 days of going live, the system brought our client two commercial leads they would not have captured before. One closed at $18,000 profit on its own, more than half a year of the engagement covered before the site had finished indexing on Google. Demand grew fast enough that the owner hired a second technician inside the quarter.

What we built

  • 200 programmatic SEO pages: 10 services × 20 LA neighborhoods, each with LocalBusiness + Service schema
  • A chat concierge that books 30-minute phone consults straight to the owner's Cal.com
  • Review pipeline: post-install SMS routing happy clients to a one-tap Google review link
  • Lead command center: every form and chat lead in one admin dashboard with instant owner SMS
  • Performance budget: dynamic imports plus AVIF imagery. Mobile PSI moved 92 → 99

Who builds your system

One person builds your system. No account manager. No agency layer.

Cameron builds the entire system himself, from the site to the chat concierge to the lead routing. The same setup that brought our first AV client an $18K-profit close in 18 days, sized to your operation.

The goal is simple: be the highest-ROI vendor you've ever paid. That's the bar every build is held to.

Pricing

One price. Built, run, and guaranteed.

One flat price. Billed quarterly. Less than what most integrators spend on Yelp Ads that build someone else's platform.

The plan
$32,000Per year
$8,000Billed quarterly

Four payments of $8,000, ninety days apart.

The full revenue system, built and run for your integration company.

Three weeks from kickoff to live. The same infrastructure that brought our client an $18,000-profit commercial close in eighteen days, sized and tuned to your services, your areas, and your product lines. The build, the system, the hosting, the ongoing SEO and maintenance are all included in the same number.

Twelve-month recoup guarantee

12 months.

If the system hasn't generated enough attributable deals to recoup your first-year investment within twelve months of launch, we keep working, at no further cost, until it does.

The reason I can offer that is because the system already works. You're not betting on a theory.

Common questions

What people ask before they book.

What if I don't see results?
We keep working until you do. The system comes with a twelve-month recoup guarantee from the day it goes live: if you haven't seen enough attributable deals to recoup your first-year investment within twelve months, we keep working, at no further cost, until you have. The reason I can offer that is because the system already works. Our client brought in two commercial leads inside eighteen days, one of which closed at $18,000 profit. The pattern is not theoretical.
Who owns the site?
You do. Your domain stays in your registrar. The codebase is open and portable Next.js. If you ever want to leave, I push the latest code to a GitHub repo you own, transfer the Vercel project to your account, write a one-page deployment doc, and you're gone. No early termination, no clawback, no data-hostage period.
What if I already have a website?
Most integrators do, whether it's a Wix build, a Squarespace template, or something their distributor set up. We rebuild it on the modern stack and migrate the URLs that have SEO value so you don't lose rankings. Your existing site stays live until we cut over.
Do you only work with residential AV?
No. The system works for residential, commercial, and resimercial integrators. If your company does home theaters and conference rooms, we build lead funnels for both. The service-category pages, chat concierge, and review pipeline all adapt to your mix. What we do focus on is AV integration specifically. We don't take on roofers, dentists, or restaurants.
How long does the build take?
Two to three weeks from kickoff to launch. The first week is asset collection: logo, install photos, your service list, your product lines (Lutron, Crestron, Sonos, etc.), and the neighborhoods you serve. We don't lose a month here; we move.
What happens after launch?
I host, maintain, and monitor the site every month for the life of the engagement. Content, SEO check-ins, ongoing improvements, dependency upgrades, SSL, all of it. If something breaks, I fix it. The quarterly fee is a managed-service fee, not a license.
